Changelog for Beta Version 1.3

Factions

  • Added Early War USMC
  • Added Early War IJA

Weapons

  • Added Type 89 Grenade Discharger (Knee Mortar) to IJA Mortar, with proper voice line warnings
  • Added M38 Carbine to RKKA Engi Early War
  • Added M44 Carbine to RKKA Engi Mid War (Replaces M38)
  • Added PPSH 41 early variant to early war RKKA loadouts
  • Added M1 Carbine to mid-war US Rifleman loadouts
  • Added G43 to FJ Rifleman
  • Elite Rifleman FJ now only use FG42
  • RKKA Engis no longer have SMGs
  • Made bolting the same speed for all bolt action weapons (Overall 15-30% speed increase in bolting depending on firing mode)
  • Weapon FOV is now fixed to the sight rather than depending on shift zoom
  • Some weapons recieved Weapon FOV changes (Arisakas, G41, G43, etc.) to allow better front sight visibility
  • Fixed various weapon dialing issues
  • Fixed sensitivity issues for aiming
  • Fixed an issue where the Type 97 Scoped did not have bayonet functionality

Gameplay

  • Added Nebelwerfer sounds for German Rockets
  • Fixed Katyusha rockets not playing properly
  • Banzai speed buff is now capped (15% boost max)
  • Banzai damage resisitance is now fixed, and can stop damage up to 95%
  • Banzai damage resistance now only applies to non lethal damage. They can tank critical hits now.

Maps

  • Added map Barashka (Eastern Front)
  • Added map Guadalcanal (Pacific)
  • Added map Grain Elevator (Eastern Front)
  • Added map Horson (Eastern Front)
  • Added map Port Brest (Western Front)
  • Added new spawn protection where it kills the player like in RO2
  • Added RS2 wind volumes to the maps so smoke grenades work properly
  • Added recon to Bridges, Carentan and Port Brest
  • Added US Radioman to maps where US attacks
  • Fixed artillery cooldowns
  • Fixed customization mannequins
  • Fixed placeholder static radio meshes

Iwo Jima

  • D and E objectives now disable on capture
  • Decreased timer by 5 minutes (30 minutes to 25 minutes)

Brecourt

  • Further optimization fixes
  • Replaced tents with better collision
  • Increased amount of tickets
  • Decreased Axis spawn time by 2 seconds
  • Additional flanks added
  • Additional trenches
  • New spawn for USA to take on C/D objectives

Bots

  • Added experimental vaulting
  • Added experimental path finding (less teleportation)
  • Added more realistic firing intervals (No more full auto M1 Carbine)
  • Bots prioritize body shots more than headshots at lower distances

Other

  • Added WIP VOIP fixes
  • Fixed a mistake where the wrong radio call was made by faction voice lines
  • Re-Arranged class selection screen to put Elite Rifleman below Rifleman

Changelog for Beta Version 1.2

GAMEPLAY CHANGES

  • Using one artillery disables the others until the cooldown finishes
  • Fixed being able to activate multiple artillery strikes at the same time
  • Banzai charging reduces damage up to 95%, starting at 70% and scales upwards
  • You can no longer be slowed when shot in the leg during a Banzai Charge
  • Fixed HE projectiles for various Tanks
  • Focus zoom affects weapon FOV

Weapons

  • Fixed g43 scope pickup causing server crashes
  • Fixed arisaka 99 having the wrong iron sight fov
  • Fixed Gunto (Katana) not spawning on TL
  • Disabled misalignment for the Type 100/40
  • Lewis / Type 92 lmg can now be braced
  • PPS42 buffed, increased stability
  • Barrel bursting works, turns your MG semi-auto
  • Type 97 grenade traps blow up instantly on trigger, and show up on your hud when placed
  • PzB 39 is now capable of penetrating the T-34’s weak spots

MAP CHANGES

  • Disabled all artillery on Apartments, just like the original map
  • Barracks only has mortars now, redone timing
  • Redone timings for all arty on Bridges of Druzhina
  • Disabled all artillery on Carentan, just like the original map
  • Gave Carentan an overhead map
  • Redone timings for all arty on Iwo Jima
  • Added sandbags to two more bunkers on Iwo Jima to allow people to get out
  • Disabled Arty and Rockets on Kwajalein
  • Redone timing for Mortars for Kwajalein
  • Disabled Arty and Rockets on Peleliu for IJA
  • Redone timing for all Arty on Peleliu

Brecourt

  • Fixed incorrectly casted shadows on ground meshes
  • Fixed missing collision
  • Fixed MG42 and MG34 not able to turn
  • Optimized terrain tesselation
  • Swapped SS to more fitting Fallschirmjäger
  • Set period to late war allowing more weaponry
  • Further adjusted cooldowns and spawn times
  • Fixed climable trees
  • Adjusted character contrast

MISC

  • Redid sound control
  • Vehicle engine, tracks, and machine gun sounds are now properly controlled by the SFX volume slider
  • Added audio feedback when AT rifles and tank shells deflect or penetrate
  • Added explosion audio to tank HE shells
  • Made focus zoom less choppy
  • Another attempt at removing GAM references
  • Attempt to remove GOM 4 references
  • Added a superior role changer for mappers
